So I finally did the upgrade and after using it for almost a week now I really dont see the improvements but then again I only use my mac for Lightroom, Photoshop, email, Spotify, Twitter and Facebook! The one thing I have found a a bit annoying is the slider at the bottom of finder windows to resize thumbnails that is now missing... :( Please apple put it back!!
